MIJN VERHAAL
I guess I should start off by saying I am not your average Joe. When viewing my photos you can probably tell I am a kid at heart as I just enjoy
life. I do take my great career very serious though. I would love to find a best friend who can keep up with me.
My favorite line from any song is “I was born in the sight of water, and its there that I feel my best”, by the Little River Band in their song “Cool
Change”. That describes me to a tee, as I Love the beach and anything to do with water sports or the Ocean.
I was actually born living right on the beach within 200 feet of the Gulf. I have always lived on the water throughout my entire life. I love anything
on the water from diving, boating, fishing, surfing, jet skiing, etc.
I always say life is way too short to not live it to the fullest. I loved my dear departed father, who has been gone for right at 28 years now, but I
told myself one thing, I would never live like he did, as he just seemed to sit around waiting to die and never traveled or enjoyed life. Life is a
school and a never ending learning lesson, Good or bad everyone is a teacher, they did or will teach me a great lesson.
I never thought I would use online sites for this, but I guess its the sign of the times and what they call progress? I have been on here long enough
to figure a few things out. I am NOT into serial dating as some seem to be on these sites. Not saying I fall too fast I just choose to date selectively
and not just anyone at anytime. I have always been a one woman man.
What my close friends would say about me? They would say that I’m a big kid at heart, but I can be very serious when it comes to my professional
life as I am a very hard worker and have a great reputation in my profession. All work and no play makes Scotty a dull boy though! They would
say that I am very giving and a great friend to have as they can always count on me. I have gotten up in the wee hours of the morning several
times to go help a friend out who was in trouble. I have been called the perfect southern gentlemen many times.
I am amazed at how low the bar has been lowered by other men too? I guess chivalry is dead? I am always surprised when women say theyre not
used to having the doors opened for them or flowers bought for them? I guess my Mother raised me better then most. Also when I say I am 6 2",
I mean I am all of that 74". Why would anyone want to start any relationship with a lie?
